Anastassios Valtoudis is a Professor of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, a lawyer appointed to the Supreme Court (Areios Pagos), and an arbitrator for EODID (Athens Mediation and Arbitration Organization) and ODEE (Arbitration and Mediation Center of the German-Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce). He also served as an arbitrator for Egnatia Odos SA and as legal counsel for a Greek systemic bank, a mining company, consortia of hotels, a convent, as well as other companies and individuals.
